Announcing a Spring Beer Pairing Dinner, Wednesday, April 24th, 6:00

Join Dario and the crew April 24th for another celebration of Belgian beer and gastronomy— inflected, as ever, by the passing of the seasons and the changing availability of fresh, natural ingredients. Beer Pairing dinner, Wednesday, March 20th, 6pm

Belgian beers are known as some of the finest, oldest, and most prestigious beers in the world. These flavorful and complex beers provide admirable accompaniment to Dario’s exquisite preparations of fine seasonal ingredients.  Join us on Wednesday, March 20th for an intimate night of meticulous pairings. Dario will be preparing four winter themed courses, each one perfectly pairing from our wide selection of Belgian beers.

Our knowledgeable beer expert Ryan Penke will be on hand to guide you through each beer and explain Dario’s pairing choices. The brasserie will be closed for lunches during the week beginning Tuesday March 5th.  We will be open for lunch on Saturday 11:30am – 2:00pm and open for brunch on Sunday 10:00am – 2:00pm.  We will keep the same hours for dinner Tuesday – Saturday 5pm – 10pm and Sunday 5pm – Close.

Dario’s Brasserie has a few reservations stlill available for Valentine’s Day Dinner. Dario will prepare a special menu for the occasion, which will include a number of options to please every palate.  The regular menu will not be available.  Valentine’s at Dario’s is not strictly a couples’ event—dine with a group, stop by the bar for a Trappist or two, or ignore the holiday entirely and just enjoy an extraordinary meal.
