Announcing a Spring Beer Pairing Dinner, Wednesday, April 24th, 6:00

Join Dario and the crew April 24th for another celebration of Belgian beer and gastronomy— inflected, as ever, by the passing of the seasons and the changing availability of fresh, natural ingredients. We will prepare four scrumptious spring-appropriate courses, each with a beer to match. We have invited our colleague Ryan to discuss the characteristics of each beer style, the reasons for each pairing choice, and Belgian brewing lore generally.

As always, space is very limited, so place your reservation today. The dinner will be held on Wenesday, April 24th at 6:00 in the evening, and will cost $55 per person. Belgian beers are known as some of the finest, oldest, and most prestigious beers in the world. These flavorful and complex beers provide admirable accompaniment to Dario’s exquisite preparations of fine seasonal ingredients. Join us on Wednesday, March 20th for an intimate night of meticulous pairings. Dario will be preparing four winter themed courses, each one perfectly pairing from our wide selection of Belgian beers.

Dario is working on some new dishes for the spring menu and is excited to introduce new cuisine to suit the changing seasons! Enjoy the winter favorites like the pheasant ragout and wild boar sausage while the winter chill is still in the air.

The brasserie will be closed for lunches during the week beginning Tuesday March 5th. We will be open for lunch on Saturday 11:30am – 2:00pm and open for brunch on Sunday 10:00am – 2:00pm. We will keep the same hours for dinner Tuesday – Saturday 5pm – 10pm and Sunday 5pm – Close.

Valentine’s Day Dinner at Dario’s

Dario’s Brasserie has a few reservations stlill available for Valentine’s Day Dinner. Dario will prepare a special menu for the occasion, which will include a number of options to please every palate. The regular menu will not be available. Valentine’s at Dario’s is not strictly a couples’ event—dine with a group, stop by the bar for a Trappist or two, or ignore the holiday entirely and just enjoy an extraordinary meal.

Several new dishes—including , carbonnade a la flamande, duck cassoulet, and wild boar sausage—join the repertoire, as Dario continues to emphasize local, seasonal ingredients. Numerous seasonal beers are now available; Tripel Karmeliet and Dupont Biere De Beloeil on tap! We have limited Carolus Noel and Bernardus Christmas in stock… these are sure to pair deliciously with our new dishes!
