christian Drouin poire pear cider
4% abv. Soft straw color; very effervescent. Unmistakable aroma of fresh pears, with floral and musty notes as well on the palate. Sweet at first, but slightly tart on the finish.
Domaine Dupont cidre Bouche Brut
5.5% abv. Slightly hazy orange; highly carbonated. Very dry Norman apple cider, with notes of dried apple skin, oak, leather and barnyard funk. Unusual and beguiling.
Domaine Dupont cidre De Givre
?% abv. Sweet, still ice cider made by freezing the Bouché Brut and removing the resultant ice crystals. Tart with notes of caramel; delicious with pâté or spiced desserts.
Domaine Dupont cidre reserve
6.9% abv. Pressed from apples harvested in 2008; matured six months in Calvados casks, giving it beautiful depth. Pineapple, honey, cinnamon, dried apples; fresh, acidic and just a bit sweet.

Piraat
10.5% abv. A hoppy interpretation of the Duvel style. Buttery malt, Belgian yeast, subtle spices, green apple, and floral, bitter hop characteristics. Often termed a “Belgian IPA,” though it’s considerably more balanced than American IPAs.
Sprecher Dubbel
6.5% abv. Coppery brown in the glass. Light-bodied but richly flavored in classic dubbel style: plum, raisin, date, nuts, brown sugar and a touch of banana, followed by a long roasted-malt finish.
St. Bernardus Abt 12
10% abv. Dark, creamy chocolate color with half an inch of cream colored head and plenty of thick lacing; flavors of bold malt, fruits and raisins with some spice. Of the princely St. Bernardus beers, Abt 12 is king.
Stella Artois
5.2% abv. Pale Golden color. Light drinking Belgian lager. Well carbonated with a beautiful head.
Delirium Tremens
8.5% abv. A ‘Belgian Pale Ale’ resulting from the use of three different kinds of yeast. Quite aromatic with hints of citrus and breads, with a thick, lasting head.
Maudite
8% abv. Another success from Unibroue, this beer has a deep amber-red color with a rocky foam head. Aroma and palate are redolent of spice—clove and coriander, perhaps?—and a hint of subdued fruity sweetness.
Lucifer
8% abv. Brewed by Het Anker, this fiery strong golden ale has a tight full crown and a mouthful almost reminiscent of champagne. Notes of apple, pale malt, spices and honey on the nose and palate. A simple, drinkable golden ale in the Duvel family.

4% abv. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries. Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean natural taste.

Delirium nocturnum
8.5% abv. Beautiful rich brown color with a thick and persistent head. This beer has a strong flavour and quite a nip to it, but it is still smooth and pleasant on the tongue, with a smoky undertone.
la Binchoise reserve amber
9% abv. Delicious, chestnut colored ale with rich and warming bitterness. Complex and classic with plenty of depth in character.
Gouden carolus ambrio
8% abv. First brewed in 1471, named after the gold coins of the emperor Charles V. This amber has a malty character with a nice hop bite perfectly balanced with juicy ripeness of grain.
st. Bernardus pater 6
6.7% abv. A deep amber dubbel. Caramel, malt, dried fruits and spice on the nose; bready, nutty palate with a dry, yeasty finish. Known in Belgium as ‘Paterke,’ this is a solid introduction to the dubbel style.
st. Bernardus prior 8
8% abv. Nutty malt turns to caramel, then toffee, then chocolate. Some dark fruit: fig or date. Spicy clove, tobacco, oak. As it warms, notes of cherry cola begin to appear.
st. Bernardus abt 12
10% abv. Dark, creamy chocolate color with half an inch of cream-colored head and plenty of lacing; flavors of bold malt, fruits and raisins with some spice. Of the princely Bernardus beers, Abt 12 is king.
maredsous Brune
8% abv. Mild milk chocolate with dark berries, fruit and an orange citrus sparkle. This is a well carbonated beer with some mild alcohol tastes and a little dry hop bite.

10.5% abv. From Unibroue, this dark, almost opaque ale leaves ample ‘Belgian lace’ on the glass and drinks smoothly with mouthfuls of fig and aromas of lavender and mint.
Gouden carolus cuvee van de keizer Blauw
11% abv. The “Blue Stripe” is brewed one day each year in a limited quantity. This magnificent dark ale is sweet, full bodied and complex with a dry finish.
st. Feuillien Brune
7.5% abv. Dark amber-brown color; full, creamy body. Displays notes of molasses, nuts, rum cake and raisins, as well as subtle characteristics of coffee and malt. Lively carbonation gives it a dry, crisp finish.
troubadour obscura
8.2% abv. A beer for lovers of porters and stouts. Obscura has a caramel-glaze nose and an inviting brown color. You will find smoked mocha flavours and a lasting sweet finish.
kasteel Donker
11% abv. A dubbel-style ale, the Donker is caramel colored brown, with a sweet, sweet malty flavour. Winey undertones deliver layers of fruit and candied sugar.
kasteel cuvee Du chateau
11% abv. A deep, rich brown with a sizable tan head. Notes of caramel malt, port wine, cola and raisins. Strong, but exceptionally smooth and not too sweet.
Gulden Draak
10.5% abv. A strong mahogany-colored ale with a thick, dark head. Fruits and spices on the nose; richly malty palate, with notes of caramel, pumpernickel, rum-soaked raisins and plums. Creamy, smooth and sweet.

Duchesse De Bourgogne
6% abv. Red-brown, integrating malty sweetness with tart, spicy, woody elements and a hint of cherry. Intense, yet balanced; an extraordinary example of an unusual style, the Flemish red ale.
Monk’s Cafe
5.5% abv. Red-brown with a thin head. Strawberries, cherries, nuts and a hint of cinnamon on the palate. A light, eminently easy-drinking sour red ale, nicely balancing sweet and tart elements.
Petrus Oud Bruin
6% abv. Pours a fairly clear red-brown with a pink-tinged head. Sweet nose of vanilla; light acid and oak on the palate. The mildest of our sour ales.

Saison Dupont
6.5% abv. Pale straw with a creamy head. An intriguing blend of bright citrus, stonefruit and floral notes with pepper, spice and must. Subtle, exquisite interplay between sweet and bitter; a delicious afternoon refresher.
St. Feuillien Saison
6.5% abv. Cloudy bright orange; slow-fading white head. Intensely savory-spicy nose: clove, pepper, herbs, a touch of citrus. Green apple joins the citrus on the palate, alongside earthy tones and a touch of spice.
Hennepin
7.7% abv. An outstanding Saison from Ommegang. Ripe, fruity nose with honts of banana, green apple, even kiwi, alongside some yeast and spice. Light and crisp but highly complex: spicy banana, grassy hops and a wheaty finish.
Poperings Hommel Bier
7.5% abv. Pours a cloudy copper; leaves behind ample Belgian lace. Honey and fresh stonefruit notes give way to rich hop flavors–grapefruit, grass, flowers–but only mild bitterness. Marvelous.

Deus Brut Des Flandres
Specialty Ale. 11.5% abv. Combining the best of both worlds, this is clearly not a sparkling wine, nor is it a ‘beer’ in the traditional sense. Flavors of anis, fresh malt, herbal hops and a slightly bready yeast note.

6.5% abv Formerly “Koningshoeven.” Deep chestnut color. Notes of dried fruit, especially prunes, and toasted malt on the nose; distinct chocolate as well on the palate. Sweet, full-bodied and warming.

8%abv Formerly “Koningshoeven.”Pours slightly hazy yellow with orange highlights. Honey, citrus and clove on the nose; medium body, with a slightly sweet palate full of bread and notes of orange zest.

chimay Premiere (red)
7% abv This is a beer to be savored. Dark red, full bodied, rich and fruity aroma. Gains its seductive flavor from a subtle blend of malt and hops.
chimay Grand Reserve (Blue)
9% abv A truly noble ale from the best known of the Trappist monasteries. Dark, fruity, spicy and full bodied with an exceptional bouquet. Goes great with cheeses.

6.9% abv Produced by the Orval Trappist Monastery since 1070. Deep golden with hues of oranges and a contemplative bouquet. Firm body, profound hop bitterness and a long dry finish.
rochefort 6
7.5% abv Reddish-brown color with amber-gold highlights; soft body leads to earthy flavors and an
herbal character. Refined, soft spiciness in the bouquet finishes with a bit caramel.

Westmalle Dubbel
7% abv A dark, reddish brown Trappist beer with secondary fermentation in the bottle. The flavour is rich and complex. A balanced beer with a soft mouth feel and a long, dry after taste.
Westmalle tripel
9.5% abv Westmalle is the originator of the widely imitated Tripel style. It’s a gold colored, strong, top fermented beer. Complex flavors of fruit, yeast and malts.
Tripels, Blondes & Golden Ales
la chouffe
8% abv. Pours a hazy golden orange. Though billed as a strong golden ale, due to its citrus, banana, bread and spice notes this beer could just as well be described as an understated tripel. Light to medium body; very drinkable.
houblon chouffe
9% abv. This would be a classic tripel—bread, yeast, honey and orange zest on the palate—but for the large dose of hops, which introduces, besides the famous hop bitterness, a delicate layer of grassy, floral flavors.
Gouden carolus hopsinjoor
8% abv. A dry, moderately hopped strong pale ale. Pear and apple notes combine with yeast, clove and grassy citrus from four hop varietals: Golding, Spalt, Hallertau and Saaz.
st. Feuillien triple
8.5% abv. It is a sparkling orangish golden in color with a spritzy, fresh malt character and spicy hoppiness. It produces a pillowy white foam collar and has a bright, slightly spicy and hoppy aroma.

Looks like a lager, very lively, top fermented, malty, hoppy beer…Perfectly balanced. Nice and Dry.
